The FlexiHub office space can be rented with a monthly lease for the co-working environment and a minimum six-month lease for our bigger offices. Your rental includes all utilities. Additional fees include a compulsory beverage fee of ZAR 150 excluding VAT, which gives you unlimited access to tea and coffee. Please contact us for more information or to arrange for a viewing.
If you’re looking for an inspiring place to work, the FlexiHub office space starts from ZAR 1,800 – ZAR 9,600 per month. The most cost-effective option is our co-working environment where you rent per desk per month. Our bigger offices are great for bigger teams.
Renting a desk for a month is easy with our flexible and affordable options. A minimum lease of six months must be signed for the bigger offices.
After viewing the FlexiHub office space a lease will be drawn up. Once you have signed the lease and paid for the first month, the office or desk is yours.
The FlexiHub monthly rental covers internet costs, all utilities, cleaning services, and backup power. Your rental fee also includes all furniture and a covered parking bay.
Each of our offices includes a desk and chair, access to high-speed fibre and access to the lounge area/waiting room. We take care of all the logistics so you can focus on driving your business forward. All you need to pack is your electrical equipment. Our tenants are more than welcome to fit the inside of their office space the way they want to.
The FlexiHub co-working environment works on a hot-desking basis, meaning that where there is an open space, you sit and work. After a day of hard work and innovation, you must leave with your equipment and bring it back the next day.
The boardroom has an hourly rate of ZAR 200 which will be billed to our tenants at the end of the month. Our boardroom features everything you need to host productive meetings and discussions with your team, customers, and future business partners.
The FlexiHub office space has a keypad entry. The code is only given to current tenants. The El Ridge Office Park premises has a boom gate entry and day and night guards continuously patrolling.
Additional fees include a compulsory beverage fee of ZAR 150 excluding VAT. This fee gives the tenant access to unlimited tea, coffee, milk, water, crockery, and cutlery. Should you require additional parking, there is a charge of ZAR 250 per month excluding VAT for a covered parking bay.
